Picked last night,on the pass tonight.
Order at bulk prices the farm sets. No broker, no case sizes you cannot use, and the same grower on the phone every week.
What a kitchen account gets you
Automatic bulk price
Reach the farm's minimum and the lower per-unit price applies in the basket, at checkout and on the receipt.
Standing orders
Not yet self-serve: tell us the items your fixed menu needs and we set the repeat up with the farms directly.
A direct line to the farm
Ask about sizes, gluts and next week's crop before you commit a dish to the menu.
Clean paperwork
Receipts itemise every bulk line, so the saving is auditable rather than asserted.
How bulk pricing works
A farm lists a retail price, a minimum quantity and a bulk price. Cross the minimum and it applies itself - no negotiation, no quote request.
- Filter the catalogue to farms selling in bulk.
- Add the quantity you need; the basket says when you are a few units short.
- Order before the cut-off and it is picked that evening.
Bulk pricing
No farm is listing in bulk this week. The prices return with the next declaration.
Live tiers from farms selling this week.
See bulk pricingQuestions people ask
- Is there a minimum order value?
- No. Minimums are per product and set by the farm, so you meet them only on the items you want at bulk price.
- What about consistency?
- Follow a farm and you see what it plans to harvest; standing orders reserve against it before the catalogue opens.
- Can we mix retail and bulk?
- In the same basket. Each line prices independently against its own minimum.
- How do we pay?
- Card per order today. Monthly invoicing is arranged with us, not in the app.
